I am a veteran of the fitness industry with over 30 years experience in Personal Training, Exercise Programming, Nutrition, Weight loss and GP Referral. I spent over 10 years working with people who had spinal injuries and various disabilities.

These training programmes are designed so both agonist and antagonist muscles are worked equally. It is vitally important to do this!

An analysis of a 3-day dietary log can give us a detailed report of your current nutritional intake, including: carbohydrate, fats and protein ratios, vitamin and mineral intake including and deficiencies as well as your current energy intake.

Metabolic Typing

Each of us has a unique metabolic type. This is determined by the rate at which our cells burn energy. This determines the ideal ratio of carbohydrates, fats and proteins in our diet. By answering a small number of questions, we can determine the correct ratio of nutrients and apply it to your current food intake.

Nutritional Programming

By combining the information from your metabolic rate testing, metabolic typing and nutritional analysis we can create a nutritional program which is tailored specifically for you.
