I am a veteran of the fitness industry with over 30 years experience in Personal Training, Exercise Programming, Nutrition, Weight loss and GP Referral. I spent over 10 years working with people who had spinal injuries and various disabilities.

These training programmes are designed so both agonist and antagonist muscles are worked equally. It is vitally important to do this!
